Welcome to Golden Hand Caregivers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and caregiving services. By booking a caregiver through our platform, you agree to these terms.
Golden Hand Caregivers provides a platform to connect clients with independent caregivers for elderly care, patient care, and child care. All caregivers are verified via Police Reports and NIC checks.
All payments for services must be made through our secure payment gateway (PayHere). We accept Credit/Debit cards and other online payment methods. Subscription packages are billed monthly.
Cancellations: Clients may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled shift for a full refund.
Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the shift are subject to a processing fee. In case of caregiver no-show, a full refund or replacement will be provided immediately.
Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment for caregivers. Any form of harassment or misconduct towards caregivers will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
