What AI must not do
- Invent facts, quotations, eyewitness accounts or sources.
- Present speculation as established fact.
- Closely copy or disguise another publisher's article.
- Remove required attribution or image-credit information.
Source and structure
AI-assisted news articles should identify the principal source and explain what happened, why it matters, European impact, background, verified sourcing and what may happen next. Automated output can still contain errors; readers should consult the linked source for primary context.
Editorial accountability
